In our in temperature and gradients controlled Quality Control laboratory, we use state of art technology 3D CNC ultra high precision CMM coordinate measuring machine (measurement uncertainty as low as 0,7μm), equipped with crystallized glass scales resolution 0,02µm, temperature sensors for monitoring of the environmental temperature and compensation of machine and workpiece, vibration damping system for reduction of the impact of nearby vibration sources, installed on new measuring Laboratory Class 1 infrastructure ensuring precise inspection of the tools/molds, jigs/fixtures, manufactured by HARCO, and also as service provider offering measuring services on stampings/moldings samples for certification or verification, prototypes components, and calibration services.

HARCO offers ultra precise 3D parts measuring, inspection with tactile scanning of free form 3D geometries in comparison with 3D CAD data, calibration and verification services, in controlled environmental conditions, and deliver measuring protocol.
